The -f option means fix-broken. It repairs any broken dependencies in your package manager. Broken dependencies occur when a download is interrupted, or there is a problem with the cached download.

Ballots are sent or posted to the website about 3 weeks before an election. If you want to download your ballot, we will send you an email when your ballot is ready. The email will include a link where you can print your ballot and instructions.
If you downloaded your ballot, log back into the website. If you made your selections in the system, make your selections again and print the ballot. (We do not save your marked ballot, so you must make your selections again.) If you printed a blank ballot and marked your ballot by hand, print another ballot and mark the ballot.
Tap the Catalog tab to browse titles in the catalog. At any time, you can tap the cover of a book to read its description. Tap Get to download the book, or tap Reserve to place a hold on a book if it is not available for immediate download.In the main screen of the catalog, swipe from left to right on the book covers to view titles for the respective category.
E-Books that you checked out will be listed under the My Books tab. Books you have already downloaded will have a Read or Return button. If you borrowed the e-book from another device or checked the book out from another application or from the web, it should be in your My Books tab. If not, sync your device book shelf by dragging the list downwards. Then tap the download button.
In the event of connectivity problems, books may fail to download. Try downloading again when you have a strong connection. If you borrowed a book on another device, and it is not in your My Books Tab, follow the instructions above to sync your bookshelf.Be aware that e-books downloaded outside of SimplyE (to a computer or different reading app) might not be available to download in SimplyE.
I have seen this issue on various posts on the various knowldegbases but with no luck.We recently upgraded to NS7 SP4 due to the NS randomly not starting. The upgrade to SP4 fixed that issue to then be replaced with this issue. This is effecting all packages from patch management to Inventory solution.Under the NS agents when clicking on a package details it is saying "Retrying download" and "Checking Package" also the download source is BLANK. Whereas this should include the location of the said packages. It looks like it is trying and failing to download one of the reference databases from Dropxbox, but I already have it installed. Is there a command-line option I can use to point humann to? Any help would be appreciated.
Hi @Collin_Kessler and @cdeanjThe Dropbox download of the database has been deprecated and thus older versions of the MetaPhlAn 3 tool are not able to download the database. I suggest you to upgrade to the latest version available (3.0.14) or manually download the database from the following link Index of /biobakery3/metaphlan_databases 2ff7e9595c
